Who is Sophie Persson?
Hello, my name is Sophie and I am a Professional Board Director, a Board Trainer, a Corporate Governance practitioner, Business Strategist, author and speaker, a.k.a. TheBoardTrainer.
My time is devoted to getting Board of Directors to add value - big time. I do this through working as a Professional Board/Non-Executive Director, training Board Directors, as a Corporate Governance lecturer and as consultant to owners and Boards. I am based in Sweden and work around the globe.
My goal is to train Board Directors to feel confident in tackling any situation that might occur. Either by being knowledgeable about proactive better practice or by having been case-trained in how to remain calm, focused and action-oriented even when caught by unfortunate surprise. Feeling strong in your Directorship and knowing how to act, or where to find the information you need, to act wisely, strongly, with courage and integrity.
