  • Successful Generational Succession

    The family owned business’ next generational succession is a process (not an event) which most of us engage in just once in a life time.

    Creating an impactful succession process involves (often heightened and emotional) discussions about the future of the business, the original founder’s intent, the current vision, and future generations’ desires to innovate and put their own mark on the business. As well as legal issues, agreements and tax implications.

    As an external, experienced advisor on this journey, I guide and support you and your family, no matter if it takes 3 months or 3 years, or if it is 1st to 2nd generation or be it 5th til 6th generation.

    I am proud to have been guide and advisor in successful generational successions around the world, having gained thourough practical experience on how to make your succession a success - or a collectively agreed, well planned exit.

  • Establishing or Reviewing your Owners' Directive

    The Owners’ Directive describes your ownership intentions, ambitions and restrictions and is a framework for the Board of Directors and the CEO’s work, subsequent ambitions and goal-setting.

    Whether you are establishing your first Owners’ Directive or reviewing your existing, I help and guide you in finding the core of you ownership ambitions, formulating them and making sure necessary perspectives are included.

    The final version of your Owners’ Directive is concluded and signed in an actual or digital Owners’ meeting.

    Prior to this meeting, interviews are conducted, history and projections are analysed and a draft it developed.

  • Aligning Group-Wide Board of Directors Training and Conduct

    Tailor-made education and training for your (Group’s, subsidiaries or single) Board of Directors, based on your specific needs, opportunities and challenges.

    The training sessions are delivered in an actual workshop setting, during typically a few days, either for each specific Board or as a greater Assembly.

    Furthermore, I help Owners who would like to establish their own Board of Directors’ Code of Conduct. We develop, establish and introduce your own Code.

    Prior to our training or workshop, I collect information, interview some key people and design together with you the set-up, with the aim of optimum results for you and your organisation’s benefit.
